My husband, daughter, and I all attend classes at Fitness Fix with Josh. Josh's knowledge and attention to detail when exercising is incredible. Josh challenges and motivates us to push ourselves, and is always checking our form for safety. He personalizes each class to fit each individual's goals and makes modifications when necessary. As a fairly athletic family, Josh helps us pursue all of our athletic endeavors. We recommend Fitness Fix 100%.
My wife and I started coming to the gym since it opened last year. It’s the best gym that I’ve ever been apart of. He and his team have done a great job in rejuvenating the interior and adding in new equipment, allowing us to get the most out of the space. The staff is supportive and you’ll be challenged regardless of your fitness level. Josh offers a wide variety of class times. I’d at that the culture at the gym is also far and away the best I’ve come across. I’ve been to other places with high intensity training and Olympic lifts where both staff and members aren’t exactly welcoming. We’ve never felt that way coming to Fitness Fix. We’d highly recommend to anyone.
What can you say about a place that pushes you to be better physically! Josh! Is an amazing trainer full of positive energy. I for sure tell all my friends with physical goals to contact Josh.
This is the place to train! Love Josh! I’ve been training with him for 3 years and i won’t leave! Lol. You will be pushed and you will meet your body goals! Love this gym!
