Josh Fixel is a great trainer. He’s particularly patient. The facility is clean and he runs a great local gym. You should definitely check it out.
Several years ago I herniated my L5-S1 vertebral disk. After a year of PT I was still in pain. I heard Josh Fixel had experience with back injuries. After the first month my back felt better and I looked noticeably better.nnNot all personal trainers are equal. I’ve been working with Josh for three years now. His knowledge, experience, and commitment to higher education place him far above any personal trainer I’ve worked with. I continue to see him regularly and recommend him to everyone interested in achieving their fitness goals.
