Best gym in town!!! It’s a great place, it’s family oriented. Rodney and Veronica a awesome with the kids they help build their self esteem. I have seen great improvement in my children they are more confident of themselves. Both my husband and I have seen great improvement in ourselves not just physically but mentally as well. I highly recommend Alpha Uno Athletics

The best gym ever! Alpha Uno Athletics is such a welcoming gym. Rodney and Veronica are friendly and really want to work with you to reach your goals! I've been at this gym for a year now and in that time, I have gotten stronger, lost weight, found a love for weightlifting, and even got encouraged to run my first LA marathon! I am so grateful for the Alpha Uno family! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

I've been working with Rodney for several years. Rodney knows his stuff! He's constantly pushing to exceed my limit as well as Veronica has help me develop a healthy diet. Being a member of Alpha Uno Athletics has been a life changing experience.nnAlpha Uno Athletics is not only my second home, they are also my family! This gym has seen my worst phase as well as my best phase. Amazing gym! Was looking for a community that would keep me on my toes and motivating and I found it!! Alpha Uno is everything I have been looking for. Rodney always provides workouts that will keep you engaged and wanting more.nRecommend it 100%.

Alpha Uno Athletics is a great gym! When it comes to Olympic Lifting Coach Rodney is very knowledgeable. Alpha Uno is a fun and friendly gym. Coach Rodney offers great training from a beginner level to an elite level of Olympic Lifting. If you are looking for a great and challenging gym, Alpha Uno is the place where you want to work out.
