Ordered a simple cheese pizza. They had other ingredients mixed in with the cheese. Called to just get refunded on the pizza. Kristin decided it was okay to hang up in me instead of just doing the $6 refund. Called back 2 more times. She said she called the cops on me. Then when I called again she straight refused to answer the phone. This place is a joke. They need to do better training and hiring. This Kristin obviously doesn't know how to deal with customers. She was beyond rude. I'll be in contact with corporate.

This experience was horrible I will never order from this location again I will just stick to the one on 60th and Forest home. Went online to do pick up for the Packer game ordered at 3:15 the website said 30 to 35 minutes for pick up it is now 4:20 and my order is just now being baked, I called the number that was in the email, 15 minutes on hold and nobody answered. This was a $90 order that I put in and when I went on the tracker to check it, it told me my phone number was not associated with any orders. By far the worst! They definitely need a better system.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant/delivery service. The app said my order was delivered and confirmed. After 15 minutes I still didn’t have my order and I was concerned so I called the phone number that the Dominos App AND google provided for this location. The phone number gave me a generic message about applying to Dominos and hung up every time I called (which was 6 times). I called another location to assist me and they were rude and unhelpful interrupting me every time I tried to talk. I decided to drive to this location on Miller Parkway and when I got there they tried to “simply explain” that the delivery driver had 5 other orders and must have “completed” my order on the Dominos App by mistake. They did nothing to remedy the situation nor did they apologize AT ALL. I asked for them to confirm their phone number so if I got home and the order was still not there I knew who to call. The phone number they provided me was not the same one on either the google site or the app. Still no apology. It was like the two people working at the store were robots and I was talking to a brick wall. Unbelievable.

Yo whatever manager was working tonight, very disrespectful hung up the phone after asking for a refund for a messed up pizza. Refused to give her name. I get customer service work isn’t great and everyone has bad days but as a manager you need to be respectful regardless of the situation, and we all know dominos gives refunds when they mess up. Your customer service skills are awful.

Bad service take to long for answer phone calls and a lady who work there doesn't know the price or offers that they have. I was asking for the medium pizza for 5.99 and she said that they don't have that they only have $20. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f
