He is the real deal!!!! Great email contact and when he arrived he went straight to work. We just bought a house and with multiple different door locks. We emailed pictures of the deadbolts and handles. He gave suggestions and was very detailed. We are new to the area and If we need anything done in the future you are our guy! I just bought a new car & managed to lock myself out while it was running & I was brushing the snow off of it. Everything was locked inside it - my purse, my cell phone, everything. I had no way to call anyone and it was -20 below with the windchill. Luckily, I had my house keys so I went inside, fired up my computer & started randomly Facebook messaging area locksmiths. Ben replied instantly & came right away. He opened up my car in minutes & was able to make me a spare key right from his vehicle. His prices were extremely reasonable & less than what I was expecting for a 6am emergency call. He was super friendly & professional! I would HIGHLY recommend him to others & I will use him again if needed.
Very friendly and responsive to phone calls. Seems organized as I called one week with details and didn't follow up for another week to hire him. He had all my info readily available. He got us on the schedule quickly and did a great job getting us into our car. Very reasonable rates. Will hire again if we get into a pickle!
