I showed up to my first Burn camp expecting a typical group fitness class. Little did I know, Burn is so much more! From the high intensity workouts to the (air) high-fives after each set, Burn creates an environment that is challenging, yet encouraging, supportive, and fun. It has had such a positive impact on my approach to physical and mental fitness. Signing up for your first camp will be the first small decision that will lead to lasting change!

Burn Boot Camp-Hilldale has remained professional and considerate of people's feelings and opinions during this extremely weird time. From day 1 I have felt safe to come to the gym and workout. Everyone wears a mask, we sanitize the equipment we use and keep a safe distance from others.nI love the group workout atmosphere because it pushes me to try and be better. The trainers are awesome and know how to modify workouts based on injuries and/or level of athleticism.n10/10 would recommend burn to anyone looking for a group class workout.

They make their gym community feel like family! They push you for a good,hard workout and really know how to make you sweat. I appreciate them helping me with form and always pushing me knowing I can work harder or increase my weights. Definitely recommend this gym to everyone!

Burn has the most knowledgeable trainers who come up with a combination of fun and challenging that I didn’t know could exist in a workout. The whole environment allows you to bond with everyone else in camp and push each other more than you thought possible. I can accomplish more in a 45 minute camp than working out for 2 hours alone. They help you set goals and crush them and continue raising the bar. This gym and the people that work there have had a HUGELY positive impact on my physical and emotional well-being!

Love love love burn! Way better workout than orange theory or any group fitness class out there. So fun and enjoyable it like a party instead of an intense workout! :) nice community and the best teachers!
