For divorce mediation Kerry was absolutely terrific for us. We had several areas that we tricky to deal with and I thought there was a good chance we would have to end up in litigation. I really wanted to avoid that route because of the expense and turmoil I have heard fighting in court can cause. Attorney Rafanelli crafted and agreement that met both our needs so we reached an agreement we both could sign. I am really glad I choose the mediation path and that we had this mediator working the issue through with us.

If you need a divorce mediator Kerry is knowledgeable about all aspects of what should be included in the divorce agreement. He put both parties at ease by trying to find the middle ground for more contentious issues. The process went more smoothly because of his communication style.

Kerry advised me on a family law matter. I appreciate that he was candid with me and that some of my expectations were reasonable to a lay person but that it was unlikely that the courts would rule in my favor. It was not what I was hoping he would say but it saved me on legal fees and time.
