I had a very confusing and messy case that i had hired Nelson for. My husband and I were occupants on a lease. Nelson was able to do what i needed to get rid of this awful case. Mr. Brinckerhoff is a professional, knowledgeable and wonderful attorney! He will go above and beyond to fight for you! I was being evicted and got no good reason. He fought for my family against a wonderful attorney and won our dismissal. The other side aka landlords side was trying to get around things and not submit pertinent information to the court when filling the eviction paper work. The day I consulted with Mr. Brinckerhoff and at his first glance of my paperwork he noticed that this was done incorrectly! He knows the laws and statutes in Rhode Island through and through and he will fight to uphold said laws, especially if people are trying to go around them. His detainer fee was reasonable and fair! If you are looking for an attorney that will have your best interest and will fight for you attorney Brinckerhoff is the man for the job!

Attorney Brinckerhoff helped my wife and I with our financial issues after becoming disabled. As I was unable to work our savings dwindled down over 3 years until they were all gone. 2020 proved to be even more challenging as all our savings was gone and my wife ends up loosing her job due to the closing of the schools in March. We were no longer able to make even the minimum payments on our credit cards. Attorney Brinckenhoff listen to us as he was able to formulate a plan where we were able to file for ch7 bankruptcy. With his help and professional advice my wife and I can finally sleep at night once again. Also the constant phone calls has come to an end.
