I love the warm and welcoming environment at Evolutionary Sports! I have taken several personal training lessons and have thoroughly enjoyed the individualized workouts and ongoing encouragement. Donna truly has a lovely gym that I highly recommend :) I look forward to trying classes here!
Want to get in shape but don't know where to begin? No motivation? Find traditional gyms boring? That was me for many years until I walked into evolutionary sports and tried a free class! Everything changed that day! A little something for everyone! Kickboxing classes pads and gloves, intense weightloss program , actual in ring fighting if that's your thing, and personal training! A place where the people actually care about you, new friends and a place to call home!
Evolutionary Sports has been a part of my life for over 9 years. While my schedule , availability & involvement has changed several times over those years... Evo has always been there, evolving with me to fit my needs. So appreciate the way this family supports their members - grateful to Donna & Rich for creating such a special community that goes way beyond a typical gym.
Evolutionary Sports is the most amazing gym that I have ever had the pleasure of being part of in my life. The owners Donna Rivard and Rich Cole are the best and all the personal trainers are also the best. They are always there to help you achieve your goals
evolutionary sports is a wonderful gym with a staff that makes everyone feel like family. whatever obstacles you may be working through in your life, they will be there to help you work through them and push yourself to be the greatest version of yourself you can be. this isn't a gym, this is a family.
