A truly spectacular treasure in an area that does not have as many options. The classes as amazing! The people are in total alignment with what they teach. They also have a small store that has the most delightful (and useful items)! I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! It feels soooooo wonderful EVERY TIME I GO! Even though I live an hour away, I go there ever so often because I want to swim in that energy! YUMMY!
I have been taking yoga every Friday with Kara from 12-1 and her classes are amazing. She focuses her attention on what everyone needs in the class room giving a customize experience and it really takes me into a place of bliss where I can really turn off my mind and relax completely. Highly recommend taking a class here. Also a bonus for finding Anna the massage therapist who specializes in muscle stimulation she's been helping me tremendously from recovering from an accident, her hands have the magic touch!!!! The space is nice, people are friendly and they offer classess and services for all ages with a vartiey to choose from. Its a great place to explore!
Great environment! Really clean and started right on time. Everyone was very friendly. I definitley recommend taking some yoga classes at this establishment.
I recently discovered Blue Dragon Wellness when looking for Tai Chi and Qi Gong Classes. The Tai Chi class with Diane is terrific. I'm thrilled to have this great resource in RI and looking forward to taking more classes here.
