Nicole at Walgreens in Coventry RI is very personable and attentive. I know these retail stores can be sparsely staffed but Nicole demonstrates a sense of urgency that is severely lacking in society today. Thank you Nicole for being a good person!
They never answer the phone in the pharmacy. You wait in line forever with recording of phone ringing and no one picks up. Wait in line for long time with no help. 2 people waiting on drive up and no one waiting on people in the store.
Absolutely worst pharmacy chain ever. Switching today.nEverything with them is a problem. How about call a customer back with prescription issues. I hate this place. Always an issue they should be proactive with. Disgusting service in the pharmacy.
They don’t answer the phone in the pharmacy. Been on hold for over 30 minutes! They ignore the phone.....Not the first time this has happened.
Not sure what the issue is literally everytime you use drive thru to pickup no one comes to window today been waiting 10 minutes and car in front of me longer and still no one has . I miss rite aid more and more! Put more help on
