The service is always excellent at Robert's Automotive, on Post Road in North Kingstown. They are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Stop by and meet with Bob, he has been repairing vehicles in Rhode Island for many years, and doing a great job!
Bob is a great guy who is extremely honest and flexible. He never does anything to my vehicle without asking me first and telling me exactly how much it will cost me. Over the last three years I have never had an issue with something Bob has repaired. I don't think you can ask for much more than that.
Bob is very knowledgeable and honest and works.to.get the best quality and priced parts for his customers. He is very flexible and willing to work to his customer's schedule.
A small business. Glad I found a local mechanic who gets the job done with honesty. Not open on Saturdays but there is a key drop box.
I’ve lived in North Kingstown my whole life. I’ve had 3 used cars and have been to just about every auto body shop in southern RI. Bob and his crew have always been the most honest, respectful, and fair team. They’re great about communicating with the owner, and updating you on progress. After having been scammed, robbed, and had previous cars tampered with at other shops in north kingstown, I can say Robert’s Automotive is the best place to go to with any minor OR major repairs. It’s always a plus when you can communicate with the owner.
