Yes, I am a sales consultant at Lexus, but I also recently purchased a Lexus IS 250 from Lexus of Warwick, and I wanted to leave a review! This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and my team made the process incredibly easy. I recently had my car serviced for a 45,000 mile service and inspection. There was a miscommunication about a specific service and I was charged for it. I spoke to the service manager, Geoff, who said he would look into it and get back to me. When he called back, he explained what happened and offered to refund me the portion of the service that was in question. I truly appreciate this act of customer service by Geoff as I have been a loyal service customer since buying my RX 6 years ago.

Mark and the manager Jeff helped me so much! I moved from out of state and I only had 5 days to get the car inspection. They both helped me get my car inspection, mount the front license plate, and remove the window tint on my car all in the same day. My whole family have been customers with Lexus for over 20 years and the customer service has never let us down. They always get the job done and we'll always be loyal customers to them.

James Ferreira was very professional and very accommodating (I changed our appointment several times). He listened to our wants and was not pushy. I felt we were treated fairly on price and my wife was very pleased with the new RX350. And the other staff members were equally professional and pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Bought 2018 ES 350 off a lease return. Easy, transparent, and quick turnaround time for purchase. From beginning to end was out the door in about 2hrs. Alanna was my customer sales representative and very nice to deal with. Staff was professional and friendly and will be back!! Thank You!!!
