Keeley Card (04/15/2021)
Do not buy from this place. I bought a car for my 17 year old daughter. The very next day the check engine light came on and a day later the head gasket blew. When my mechanic looked at it he said it had some work done to cover up the problem. I called the sales person Jeremy and he said the owner would contact me but he never did. This place is a sham and sells lemons of cars. The saddest part is that they knew this car was for my daughter and still sold it to me in poor condition. They should be ashamed of themselves. If I could give a zero I would. Terrible experience

2010 f-350 6.4 powerstroke. I wanted to wait a while to give the most accurate review possible. I purchased my truck 1year and 3 months ago. Since then iv only had to replace one u joint and preform routine maintenance. Not only did this turn out to be a great truck they also gave me the best offer on my trade in. I was hesitant at first hearing about some people not having the best experience here but at the same time I'm the kind of person that need to see for myself. So I came across this truck and decided to go check it out. The sales man came out was polite and not pushy at all. Asked if I would like to take it for a ride I said absolutely. It was first thing after opening and he was busy so I went alone. I was gone for at least 30 minutes putting the truck through its paces. On the way back the battery light came on and I mentioned that to him and he said he'll have it looked at and repair. I also mentioned the cracked radio screen he'd see what can be done and he'll be in touch. Later that day I got a call from him and he told me one of the two alternator's were failing ( yes this truck has two) and that they'll be replacing both while they're at it and they'll also be replacing the radio. The next day I went down after the work was completed and asked if I could take it for another ride before saying yes to the purchase he said absolutely. I'm gone for about another 20-30 minutes. When I come back he asked what I think and I said I'll take it. So at the end of the day I ended up with a awesome truck with new tires two new alternators and a replaced radio. When it come to smaller local dealers like this you have to understand that most of the vehicles on the lot are auction vehicles. You have to do research on the vehicle and go through it in person or bring someone that know what there looking at with you. They let me go through that truck with a fine tooth comb. If you don't research before hand and buy a car that is known to be a lemon then who can you really blame. There's this greatwebsite called car complaints it'll tell you any reported problems with a specific make model and year. Sorry for the long review but I hope this helps someone in the future.
