Going to be dropping my toad for a baseplate install in a couple of weeks and I had to call service dept to set up an appointment and have them order the parts that I needed. I have to say Tom was absolutely great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Thanks again Tom. Highly recommend Arlington service team for repairs.

My wife and I casually started looking for a fifth wheel in the fall of 2019 to replace our older motorhome. We were passing by Arlington RV and stopped to see what type of campers they had in stock and met our salesman Gary Carlson. He was a gentleman and listened to our needs and wants and showed us numerous campers. Nothing at this point tickled our fancy so we were on our way. I kept monitoring their website casually looking at different units that came in stock. In January 2020 I saw a unit that I thought fit our needs and gave Gary a call. He told me that he found us a perfect unit for the two of us that was not on the website as of yet because it came in the day before as a trade in. He went out and took photos so we could see it before taking a ride of from Long Island. It looked great and we came up to look at it the next day and decided to buy the unit. We met with Bill Derby the finance manager and the wheels started in motion and before we knew it we were picking up our unit. The service department went over the unit with a fine tooth comb and we were quite pleased. We left for Florida on our first trip and encountered a few minor shakedown issues. I called back to Arlington and they authorized me to have a mobile tech come and take care of the issues and they would cover all expenses. I waited to post a review to see how things went over a period of time. I would highly recommend doing business with Arlington RV and when the time comes will be back there when we are ready to buy another unit.

Cannot say enough great things about Arlington RV. From sales, to financing, and service. Lou was our salesmen and so very patient and helpful with us to find our dream camper. Bill Derby in finance was very knowledgeable and took his time to find us the best rate and explained everything to us. The day of orientation the electric brakes were installed into our truck and our orientation was great. He ran through everything and answered all of our questions to make sure we were comfortable. After a bad experience at Camping World in Berkley it was night and day. Arlington actually cares about their customers and go out of their way to help you in every way they can. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Stopped in to kick some tires and ask some questions. The salesman was very helpful. I will definitely consider purchasing here in the near future
