Good customer service in service area. Hats off to John. He was friendly, businesslike and honest. We had an expensive repair performed. Before the job, he gave us a good detailed estimate both expense and time. He contacted up with update during the job. The final invoice was right on the estimate and completed on time. The vehicle was washed prior to pick up. This was a good experience. We will be back and recommend this dealership for service.
Had a great experience from beginning to end. From working with our salesman Dante who was patient with us, he listened to our needs, and found the perfect truck per our specifications. I called up and was inquiring about a recall on my vehicle. As I was talking the lady hung up on me!nShame on you! Apparently you can't give great #1 Customer Service and you're completely unprofessional for hanging up on me! If you don't have any patience then you need to change your job!
