They switched to universal benefit accounts. I have been trying for over a month to withdraw money, submitting receipts over and over again. Nothing. I call customer service and they lie to you just to get you off the phone: “your money will be in your account today”... two days later, and nothing. I went to HR at my job about this. She tried calling. They put her on hold indefinitely. Now, contributions I am making from my paycheck each week aren’t even showing up. It’s like a black hole. I am going to try and report this to Better Business Bureau. My recommendation to you is to stay far away. This is one of the most sketchy companies I have interacted with. I got to find a way to cancel. In the meantime, save yourself. I am out about 1,000 dollars. So much for saving money on my kids daycare. It has hurt my family more than anything.
