Great service! Somehow my pizza didn’t get delivered to my house and they were prompt and brought it out immediately. Very professional. Pizza always is delicious. Highly recommend.

The pizza is delicious and I'm so happy that Domino's is back! However, the majority of time, the tracker states the order is done yet when going to pick it up, it's not. Sometimes it's not even started, which is what's going on as I type this. The estimated time it should be ready, a 10 minute window, is most times false. It appears there are too many people in the back and there doesn't appear to be a fluid team. I know it's a new team but it appears more training and leadership is needed. The reliability is lacking. I hope this is something the team will take seriously and commit to making a change.

Since they've opened up this Dominos we have yet to have a single issue with our food, even through the opening week madness; the food has always been fresh & prepared/delivered in a timely manner, we have yet to even go back to Pizza Hut. Dominos in Van Wert Puts our local Pizza Hut to Shame!

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an italian sandwich. All were burnt to the point you couldn't eat them. Called the Van Wert store and talked to a gal. She offered to refund my money which I said yes to. But guess what my money wasn't refunded at all!! Paid $33 for food that we couldn't even eat! What a joke. Never ordering from there again! They've lost my business and I hope they don't screw anyone else over like they did me.

Waited until I ordered a couple times before making my review. Both times the delivery order took over an hour to arrive. When the food did show up it was not hot. Calling it warm would be very very generous. There is no shortage of pizza places and Domino's needs to step up their game if they want a chance to compete.
