Great atmosphere, good place to train
I had the privilege of doing personal training with Trisha, who really helped me get started on my toning. Also participated in the Zumba classes offered there. Friendly staff who are focused on your goals and personalize the workouts to meet you where you are but work to get your were you want to be. This is not a 24/7 gym but a training studio who works with you.
Super friendly and place that welcomes all sizes without feeling insecure!
Love this place and the trainers!
