Great community of people who help encourage everyone at every fitness level to move better. CrossFit is a great way to improve physical fitness. Over the first 100 days, I’ve gained muscle, and strength. It’s fun to keep challenged abs every workout is different so you don’t get bored. Even through the pandemic, they have at home workouts daily for people who aren’t able to attend in gym classes. Join the fun!

CrossFit 184 welcomed my children with open arms. Every coach met them where they were on their fitness level and helped them learn each new movement in a fun way. If you or your child are nervous to try CrossFit I highly recommend taking a class at CrossFit 184. 10/10.

The owners, trainers and all the members are amazing. The intensity levels are perfect and you can adjust to your level. I especially enjoy the focus on technique and the on- ramp process. The trainers are with you every class, helping keep you motivated during the class and giving you feedback for every exercise. If you are looking for a family type atmosphere and want to get fit, this is the cross-fit gym for you.

Crossfit 184 has coaches that excel at strength and endurance building as well as community bonding. I love it there!
