My lunch spot. Last place I saw my friend Julie and her dog Meeko. Beautiful forest walk. Wear boots in the mud ud83dude0a.
A well-maintained park. However, the trail doesn’t offer much variety (a simple loop through bland wooded areas for half the journey), and is surrounded by busy streets so traffic noise is non-stop.nnI did sight a considerable number of birds however: red-winged blackbird, goldfinch, lots of swallows, a robin, and a hawk on the way out.nnPerhaps a nice break for people working at one of the many industrial companies in the immediate vicinity, but if you’re looking for quiet, solitude or scenery, skip this one.

Wonderful park with gorgeous boardwalk trails.
Super clean park and facilities. 1.2 miles loop. Bathroom (antiseptic) has baby changing table. Shelter may be reserved (info call 867 5511).
