First time getting food here. Ordered 5 pizzas and they were awesome and on time. I can't imagine too many pizza places better in the area. Way better than chain stores. I ordered the daily special a week later and the same great pizza and great chicken and wedges too. This will be my go to when I'm in the need for pizza or chicken.

I ordered dinner fir 3 people. I had to call to get an eta. I ordered boneless wings. I got boneless Buffalo wings. I DID NOT ORDER BUFFALO. my receipt says boneless wings, not Buffalo. I will not buy from here again and will NOT refer anyone there. In addition, the only heat on the wings was the sauce. They were cold also. YUK!!!!!!

I have to say guys you used to be awesome but not anymore. You no longer sell pasta and I loved the penne with extra sauce and meatballs and sausage. Everytime we ordered from gioninos I would get the pasta and the wife and kids would get the pizza and chicken. Sorry but no can do anymore unless the pasta comes back.

I have been a loyal customer since Gioninos opened in Tallmadge. It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive, when I was told 45 minutes. Then the driver got it of his back seat, my pizza had slid to one side, cheese stuck to the top of the box, the slices were bent up. It was awful, call up there talk to manager Paul, he was rude and tells me they will make me another and get it right out, but they need ALL of that pizza back. REALLY? So unprofessional.nI have not ordered from them for over 6 weeks. Last night (Saturday 3-27-2022) I decided to try it again, OMG get that old guy Mark off your phones. I had to repeat my order twice, told him I wanted ranch with my wings. He tells me I needed to tell him that before I asked for extra sauce on my wings or he would have to change me for the ranch. REALLY? Then I read off my card number he tells me it’s not working, give it to him again, tells me it’s wrong and I need to look at my card and read off the right numbers. I told him I was reading off the right numbers he needed to put them in right.nYou guys need to weed out some people, Not sure how to add a picture so everyone can see what my pizza looked like, but I them

This location really dosent care about their customers. I had an issue with them after years of being a brand loyalist and tried to resolve it and was treated so poorly, I was shocked. I spoke to others from the area who also said they have had lots of issues and won't return. If you need Gioninos go to a different location, I recommend just hitting a different spot personally. Obviously their slogan is about buying a cheaper pizza, but they still can't buy class with the extra price they charge.
