Great facility! Very clean and spacious. The trainers are very educated and friendly.nnDon’t be nervous to try CrossFit. It’s easy to learn and takes time but the trainers will help you and other members. The pricing is very reasonable also.nnThis gym will make you feel like you are family.nThey have a lot of great equipment to do most of the movements.nnDoug is a great owner! I was never at this place, but for some reason Everytime I go past it on Canton Rd, it asked me for a review, so hopefully this stops them. It looks like a nice place with plenty of parking, etc I just don't know for sure
Doug was very easy to contact. Cliff ran the class and was extremely helpful. Cliffs approach is like none other since he is 2014 Crossfit games champion
Visited this box while traveling for work and went twice on my trip. Great coaches (had Cliff and Cody) and friendly athletes. Equipment was clean and in good order and the environment was very welcoming. Thanks, I'll be back next time in Akron!
