Great pizza and very nice staff
If I coins rate then 0 stars I would this place is absolutely horrible. I called ahead just so I’d have food ready for a party and once I picked it up and got home they did nothing right. I asked for sauce on the side for our wings and extra cheese. And I had no sauce on the side and there was barely any cheese! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
They got my order wrong after not giving me my order the first time I was there in the first place! I had to go back to the restaurant and pick up my pizza and then they gave me a 15% discount off my next order! I won't be coming back. Thanks.
Grew up in MAssillon and Canton. Pizza oven has always been the place to come. I love supporting local business. However lately every time we have gone to the Massillon Location we have been given the WORST customer service. Very very rude. Sad to not want to even consider going to this iconic local establishment any more.
Usually damn good. Every now and then someone's heart isn't in it.
