I’ve been unhappy with my last three experiences from here! A month ago, I ordered an Italian sub and it came without tomato, lettuce or sub sauce. A few weeks ago, we ordered pizza with garlic crust and it arrived as plain crust. And last night I placed an online order at 4:30p to be delivered at 6:30p and it was 40min late & looked like the pizza had been sitting out. I also received several calls and texts from a DoorDash worker even though I placed the order through Hungry Howies online and it was delivered by a Hungry Howies driver. We usually choose Hungry Howies because of their good deals, but are probably done after this many mistakes.
I had a great experience. I received a card that gave me a FREE MEDIUM PIZZA with a TOPPING for my birthday-what a nice gesture. I also orderedna pepperoni roll and it was delicious. My pizza was not grease and the staffnat this store were so nice when I ordered on the phone and when I came tonpick it up. I give them a 5 star and will return again soon. Thank you!!
Still waiting for a call back.. Pizza dry and several pieces had no sausage. Ordered extra sauce and extra sausage. Not worth it.
Pepperoni and cheese stuffed bread was not baked all the way, it was doughy!!!
The person who took my order was very rude and wouldn't let me talk and kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask what the specials were. Then when I was trying to give her my order she had a very bad attitude and it was not appropriate towards a customer.
