Was told 25 minutes...waited 45 minutes including 5 to 10 minutes my order sat in the window before I received it.

It took about 15 minutes more than anticipated to get my order. Food was warm but definitely not hot when it arrived. The delivery driver was also not wearing a mask when they brought the order to the door which makes me question if proper precautions are being taken inside the restaurant. Food was fair but not as good as in the past.

I did a catering order for a soccer team of kids to be delivered/made on a Monday 1830.. So SAT cashed make arrangements then called Sunday to verify order.. then Monday called 3xs!! the day of delivery and my last call was 2hrs before delivery. I was told delivery and pizza would be on time.. 1830 pizza was to be delivered.. I called at 1815 was told order wasn't ready and they couldn't be delivered.. Literally we had to rush someone over to get pizza so 1hr plus late finally got the pizza. Yes I got 20$ off 150$ order wonderful considering the headache miscommunication etc this caused I would highly recommend not to do catering with this company unless you get a local person. Call center was worst decision they ever made nothing personal and communication is awful!! Will not repeat this again will be considering other places.

I grew up in Troy and haven't had cassano's in years and years. Never thought a pie could break my heart until I saw a post about cassano's. I might have to take the 4 hour trip to taste it once again.

By far one of the best pizzas my boyfriend and I have had in a long time! If you love Italian sausage, it's a must try!
