Customer service could be better. Quality of the bowling alley needs updating. The pizza is okay. We had a nice time bowling though!

Came here with my family recently and was very disappointed. The staff was very rude and treated us as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. There was problems with our lanes the whole time that the staff wouldn’t fix and was obviously irritated with us that their lanes weren’t working properly. Then we asked for some food which she refused to serve and make for us. If I could give them zero starts I would. I do not recommend. Will not be returning

First time here, and we had a great time! Not sure what to think of other's reviews of bad service. The two guys running the place bent over backwards to show us a good time! For $60, our family of 4 enjoyed 3 hrs of cosmic bowling, a huge pizza, and a pitcher of pop... GREAT deal! The place IS old fashioned, but we liked that about it. Furthermore, there was a good mix of people there.... teenagers, families, and older groups of friends. Everyone was polite, considerate and happy. Definitely a great place to spend an evening of fun!

Haven't went bowling in years so I decided to take my family of 9 bowling so I call reserve 2 lanes for Friday night just to show up at 845 to go cosmic bowling from 9 to midnight only to be laughed at by the guy at the counter telling me that the hrs are 7 to 10 because of covid and have been like that since last June like I said I haven't been bowling in years so idk the hrs but since you've been running it like that since June shouldn't that constitute and hours change on your website or shouldn't you at least tell people when they reserve a lane I had to take my entire family home after being laughed at and stared at by everyone there..... your failure to inform cost me my family night thank you very much.

Bowling was fun. The atmosphere was excellent. The staff were nice.The only problem was the bathrooms were a little rough.
