I will never order from there again! I called half hr before picking up my order, still not ready when i got there. Then 3 groups of people came in after me ,ordered and got their food. I still didn't have my food!! 1 hour after I ordered I finally got the food I ordered!!!
We love most Jimmy Johns sub shops. Whomever owns this one needs to work with the employees more. Several times our orders have been missing add on items like chips, drinks etc. plus what’s the point of ordering online and getting there 15-30 minutes later and the order has never been ready for pick up? We still have to wait .... in line no less.
Speedy subs... speedy fast. One order was messed up and they made a new sandwich no questions asked.nAll fresh. Definitely will go back.
This was my very first visit to Jimmy John's in Marion Ohio. I ordered a 8 in ham and cheese with extra onion. I drove home to Bucyrus opened up my sub to eat it I had four slithers of onion and no cheese. It was on a French bread when I bit into the French bread on my third bite it broke my front tooth. I highly do not recommend this place. And they're very very expensive. I should have went to Subway like I was going to.
Great food and I love how they now have sandwich wraps as a gluten free option. It makes them my new favorite sandwich place.
