Placed an order for 11:30. (My lunch break at work.) At 11:45 I called because my food still had not shown up. The woman that answered had an attitude from the start. Apparently a large order came in so they pushed all other orders back to 12:30. I was NOT notified. I didn’t receive a phone call, I didn’t receive an email. She made no offer to make it right and was completely dismissive.
