Zach has been an important part of our lives for almost 8 years now. My son is his very first client and continues to be trained by him every week. My son's mind, body and confidence has been impacted by the training/conditioning he has received but more importantly by the relationship Zach has taking the time to build with him. I personally value Zach's focus on helping my son reach his fitness goals, yet makes the time to attend games and function to give him that ultimate support. Zach goes above and beyond to help my son reach for the stars. Thank you Zach for that you have done and all that you are willing to do.

Looking for a personal touch? A certified personal trainer that goes that extra mile? This is the place,nHe also gives back to the community year round in different ways. Says a lot about the man and how he runs his business. I couldn't ask for a better experience, little older and he accommodated my different pace. Appreciated and 5 stars for this up and comer!

I’ve personally know Zach since elementary school, so you could considered this biased, but hear me out.nnAt 6’ 2” I participated in distance running and swimming in high school. Coming out, I spent the next year working out with Zach at a local gym. With his help, I as able to improve my physical fitness, building my 155 lbs frame to 175 lbs before enlisting into the military. Zach has always been one to support others and their goals both in and out of the gym.nnHis journey with Stonerock Fitness LLC founded its roots when he offered to help train an 8-year-old for football- helping him increase his strength and stamina while developing better habits to maintain a healthier weight and lifestyle. Over the next couple of years, Zach would go on to purchase what little equipment he could and train people on local tracks and complete his certifications.nnAfter building a solid foundation and enough of a network, he was able to team up with Reform Fitness, a like-minded couple willing to let Zach hold classes out of their space. Around this time, he began to hold a yearly charity, Gift and Gains in which he would work to collect enough donations to purchases as much as possible on a Christmas wishlist for a child battling cancer. This hit close to home, stemming from the recent lose of his father due to cancer.nnCurrently Zach has been able to purchase his own space and all of his own equipment. While still working another full-time job, Zach hosts classes as frequently as possible with his clients needs in mind. His classes are well organized and challenging.nnAs my military career began to wrap up, I used my skill sets to do anything possible to help him achieve his goals. He’s one of my closest friends. He’s support me in all aspects of life- picking me up from my lows and celebrating my highs. He’s passionate about helping others with their personal well-being. He’s even partnered with Mission 22 as a support source service members looking for a boost, and brought together a small team of runners this year to raise money for Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Butterfly Run to help kids with mental illness.nnI’ve participated in multiple classes with the “Stonerock Fit Fam” and can honestly say it’s been a blast. People from all demographics show up and put forth their best efforts without judgment, but plenty of support. We get to know each other on a personal bases- growing from strangers to friends to “family.”nnIf I can recommend anything, try the free first week. If it’s not for you, fair enough; but hopefully you join us in the Stonerock Fit Fam.
