If you are looking to rent/buy a house with this company as your electric id instantly suggest turning it down. Nothing about their system is accurate, insanely high bills, the most ironic part is when there automated system says “the average person spends 2000 a year in utility bills” that is the biggest joke on the planet try 2000 in 3 months of electric bills. Seriously beware. They are the absolute biggest scam in this area. I legitimately moved just to get away from them and will help anyone friend or foe do the same. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy.

I have been a customer of Guernsey-Muskingum Electric for almost 25 years. They are very reliable. My power very rarely goes out and when it does it is restored quickly. When ever I have a problem customer service is very polite when I do call them.

One the worst electric company there is. There all about making money and not helping people. There are other electric company that are actually care about there customer. We can not switch base on where we live because a co-opt plan which doesn't not save you money at all and there rate on what they charge is extremely high.

I absolutely appreciate the work that all of you do! There are alot of times AEP electric is off just down the street during storms and we remain on. Thank you for all you do!
