The Fusion team does a wonderful job of breaking down large goals into small very attainable goals! They do this through paying close attention during exercise sessions to modify the programs to best suit your capabilities, as well as providing a meal plan during the challenge, day-to-day personalized support, online support, suggestions, and general positive uplifting comments. The support that I received during the challenge was extremely personalized to my needs and very positive! I am excited to continue my journey with the Fusion team!!! Bring on the next challenge!nnThe Fusion facility is top notch. The reception area is welcoming, with a smiling face to greet you by name every time you walk in the door. The variety of equipment is good, clean and newer. The flooring is an excellent choice for a gym. The temperature is fantastic, nice and cool! They use Alloy exercise programs and it is great to walk into a team training at the beginning of every week not knowing what to expect. The various levels of training offered is wonderful, something for everyone.nnThank you Fusion for helping me meet my first of many small goals. I am confident that with your support I will meet my overall wellness and fitness goals!
