Efficiency and nice services
This is the third day patient can’t get her medication. This is ridiculous. Every time they tell tomorrow. What a disappointment! And when you ask for information, they answer you like you work there and they are the customers. Such a bs and unprofessional staff!!!!

I am legally disabled, on social security and have a documented therapeutic animal of ten years. I also wear a body camera daily as I enjoy documenting my daily travels with my family and our adventures in life.nnOn October 12, 2018 at approximately 2:47 PM my fiancée, myself and our ten month old daughter walked to Walgreens at 35 Main Street in Peabody. While at Walgreens my fiancée bought a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. I walked down an isle looking for a stem valve needle for our daughters carriage tire. Our daughters right tire is low on air. I have the pump but not the needle. Walgreens didn’t have the needle so I went and looked for my fiancée who was in the isle that has the toilet paper. From that isle we went and she picked out a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. From that isle we walked towards the only register that was open.nnAs we approached the register I witnessed a man wearing a Walgreens shirt, standing behind the register and standing behind a female employee in the middle of a transaction with another customer, tell two elderly women that had just entered the store, each with a small breed dog on a leash, they could not bring there dogs into Walgreens. It was at this time I witnessed both of the two elderly women express disappointment and one of them mentioned they were service animals. It was at this time I heard the man wearing a Walgreens vest tell both the elderly women that there dogs need service vests and that people with therapeutic dogs are “jokes” and that they needed to leave the store.nThe two elderly women seemed as offended as I was and started to follow this mans direction and leave the store until I reminded them that if they were service animals they were in fact allowed in the store. Both of the women thanked me decided to continue shopping. Offended as I too am disabled and have a therapeutic dog I asked him why he thought that way and he was more then happy to define why myself and people with disabilities who had service or therapeutic animals were “jokes”. He even went on to tell me the “board of health thinks the same thing”. Had it not been for my therapeutic dog, I wouldn’t be alive today so when this man made a statement like that to these elderly women and to now myself, it hurt. It was at this time a pharmacy technician walked up to him and professionally reminded him not to address customers this way. This man started to bully the pharmacy technician in front of me and the other employee that was now conducting our sale. Depressed and shocked we left the store. When we got outside, the pharmacy technician that stood up for us was standing outside. The pharmacy technician and I both agreed he was wrong. We spoke briefly and she apologized on behalf of this employee and provided me his information. I told her I was going to contact Walgreens. She told me his name is Corey and he is Walgreens assistant store manager.nI contacted Walgreens corporate by phone when I got home and I messaged there Twitter account. My fiancée messaged them Facebook and we filed complaints.nI spoke to a Walgreens customer service representative when I called the corporate number and she gave me a case number. I told her it was all on video and explained to her that I wear my body camera daily. I told her this isn’t the first time I’ve been discriminated against by a Walgreens employee at this location because of my disability. I told her I’ve filed two complaints in the past for discrimination by a Walgreens employee at this location and I’ve never got anything but an online apology. I am going to try CVS; any thoughts or opinions?
Friendly staff, efficient Pharmacy - - but - - needs an UPGRADE.
