Tried to book a covid testing appointment. This phone menu and website is a joke. No directions online and menu sends you around in circle. In the end gave up with no appointment. Will go elsewhere. CVS relies too heavily on automated system with no human element!
This CVS pharmacy is by far the best location I have ever visited. I moved here 8 months ago and have never had an issue, in fact they have resolved a few for me! The pharmacy staff is always polite, a young woman who works in the evening has the best sense of humor and I am always happy to see her working when I come in. The pharmacist, a young woman with straight blonde hair, that is usually working when I come in is excellent and very helpful. I wish I could remember names at the moment. The entire staff are professional and polite, and refrain from speaking loudly about my medications and what they are for when I pick them up. It's been a problem at the location closest to me so I do travel here because of this staff and the great customer service the provide.
Trying to reach them on the phone is impossible!
This store is the little engine that could! Despite the store being busy I get in and out quickly, same for the pharmacy and the employees are very helpful!
Idk maybe these are just hard to please folks.. because the staff is nothing but helpful and friendly Everytime I need their help. Makes sure I get what I'm looking for and will spend however long it takes to help me. I've been a regular here for around 12 yrs,never a bad experience or problem.
