I used to love this place. I always told everyone how much better it was than other BBQ places around here. Unfortunately it seems like things change and their brisket just tastes so bad now compared to how it was when the original owner was running it. So very sad that it was put into the hands of someone who either doesn't know what they are doing when it comes to BBQ or they decided to cut corners/costs in order to pump more out.
Portions are small. The brisket and pork have zero flavor and were both very fatty. Mac & Cheese looks like frozen Stouffers and for the price, it’s highly over rated. For a chain, you’d think they’d actually know what they are doing. 2/10 do not recommend. Ever. I’d rather have Taco Bell.
I feel like the food could have at least been warmed up. Why is the brisket cold. Only things warm were the sides.
Went to the one on Day Dr, Parma, expecting to receive the $4 pulled pork offer for Monday. After he charged me full price, I said it's supposed to be $4 each. Had bought 5. He said well do you have a coupon, I said not required, Monday offer on Facebook. He said nothing he could do and walked away, other places would appreciate our business more than this place.
Delicious BBQ made as as soon as you walk in! Love this place!!
