The worst company on earth. I contacted them to paint my fence and gave them the color I wanted. Partially through the job, I noticed different colors along the back of the fence. They mixed reddish-orange paint into another color and the entire back of the fence had to be replaced. They emphatically refused to come out and see the botched job .... I guess that would have been an admission of guilt. Also, there was overspray all over my neighbors car (behind my house). Ten year olds would have done a better job. Please don’t use them....you’ll be very sorry! Also, they are s franchise business and there is no accountability. They are all independent of each other.

Called for an estimate never received. Called back 2 weeks later, still on list for an estimate. Work schedule in late July! Maybe I could have scheduled sooner if I had received an estimate. Poor, rude. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, they won’t call ya back!

I spoke with Charles (Hinckley office) requesting an estimate for refinishing of my deck. He came out, measured and provided an estimate. I phoned and we discussed alternatives for removing the old finish; he verbally agreed to sand rather than chemical strip, stating a cost per square foot. I called him repeatedly requesting a new final contract. Finally, after a month of back and forth messages, he told me he had been delayed due to family matters. I waited for further contact from him, but he never returned another call.nnI wound up doing the job myself, two hours at a time, over a month. I saved myself about $6000 based on his verbal estimate. Don't waste your time seeking estimates if you want the finish sanded bare and sealed. I get the impression that sanding is just too much work for the average contractor.
