It is pick up or delivery only. They have a bench against the window to sit if you'd like to wait, and I think there are a couple chairs as well. They are always very quick in my experience. Usually 15 minutes at the most. I've seen them have times of up to 25 minutes during peak business hours. They have an almost perfect track record on my orders, which I'd say in the past few years there have been around 100. They are very conscientious about getting it right. They have even called me during peak business hours to verify the details of an online order.

They forgot my drink with the delivery order. No worries. These things happen. But rather than send the driver back out, they waited an hour until they had another order to deliver. Pizza was hard as a rock by then.nnAt least the manager was apologetic. But the measly credit for the beverage will hardly offset the cold pizza I am left with after having waited for so long.nnWill definitely think twice before ordering here again.

Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in years. I now remember why. Delivery took over an hour. That’s ok and certainly understandable. But the pizza was cold and rubbery. Paid extra for stuffed crust and pan pizza. Well, the stuffed crust was paper thin. The pan crust was also thin with zero sauce. Yes, zero. There’s a rumor that north Royalton Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut around. And I’m here to affirm that opinion. What a disappointment. We will stick to other local pizza places that are worth the 30-40$

There were many things wrong with this visit. First off I placed it and the app said that’s it would take an hour and half to deliver when the location is 3 minutes away from my home. We decided to call in and pick it up since it was so close. Turns out they only had one order other than ours. Not only that they didn’t even cut our pizza. Also they didn’t put the right crust on the pizza. What the heck man?
