Had a good friend of the owner of All City (a fellow licensed electrician that couldn’t get to my job) tell me to call All City and they would take care of me. I called All City, and spoke to a lady in the office right away that said she would have someone give me a call. Tom from All City Returned my call and came out right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable and came up with a plan to wire my job. He said he would send over a quote (did not quote on-site) within the next day. Fast forward a week or so later I have called his cell three times, have emailed him, and have texted him but can’t get him to return my calls/emails. It’s as though he has disappeared. Based on this experience I would call another electrician if you are looking to get electrical work done...
