Make Believe Family Fun Center

This place was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son loved it, he made a few friends in the process. They offer bumper cars, over head rope climb, bowling,food , arcades and more. Fun for all ages and they have plenty of seating for the parents to watch. The prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend for kids party or just to give your children a great day.

Drove a busload of kids ages 5-11 up here for a Spring Break field trip. The experience was excellent! The attractions were all new, clean, and well-maintained. Laser tag is perfect for families and kids, it's not too big or too small, and the few very young ones that were intimidated by the laser tag arena quickly became comfortable in it despite the haze and glowing lights. The staff was amazing and very friendly to us and the kids, and accommodated our group's needs very well. They are using appropriate precautions for covid19. Our group had their pizza for lunch, which was also excellent. That was not exactly the case at a different facility we went to that week so we were twice as happy as we would have been! Pricing per child was more than fair, and every kid got $5 in arcade gameplay included! Overall a five star experience, I recommend them to anyone looking for a family or a group/school/church outing with the kids!

Back again and still love this place. Great customer service today from Katelyn at the front desk!!! Kenny was awesome with the boys at the rope course, and Sarah was amazing on the rock wall! You guys have some really valuable employees currently that make a fun place even better.

My kids had a blast here and they want to go back. I thought it was too crowded and could have been staffed more. Long wait for the bumper cars because 1/2 of the cars needed to be charged at all times so they only had 4-5 cars going Ata a time. There was only 1 worker and he had to clean every seat between people and take cars on and off the chargers. It took him forever. They should have 2 people working that area and have all the cars charged up. For the price you pay to get in I was disappointed with the slow service.

Staff was friendly, not very knowledgeable on what the wrists band mean. Need more training on rides and what is accessible with wrist bands. Post hosts were good. With the whole location was bigger not big enough. Too many people and it should be far less due to Covid. Other than that it's alright.
