For a pizza place, they are pretty shady. I ordered a pizza at 8pm, called at 10pm to check on it then called to cancel the order at 10:30 since it had been 2.5 hours. Driver shows up at 12:30am with my order and calls me...so they didn't even tell the driver I had called in to cancel. Imagine how great that 4.5 hour old pizza would have been! Regardless, I was told my order would be refunded and in my account the next day, that has not happened. I was then told I had to call corporate, which I did, and my $30 refund has still not happened. It takes literally no time to issue a refund that small. It can be done in seconds. Never in my life would I have ever expected a pizza place to cause me to waste so much of my time that I value so much. From waiting for my order to arrive, from the back and forth phone calls, and the emails corporate has me sending...all over $30? My guess - they are trying to give me a run around to avoid refunding me an order I never received. My advice - Stay away. Pizza is slightly above average pizza (comparing to Dominos) and delivery fee is super high...slightly above/Okay pizza is NOT worth the things you'll possibly have to go through especially when there's 30 other wonderful pizzerias in Cleveland to choose from.

Unexpected surprise. The fish, wings, and pizza was good. 1st time trying and it did not disappoint. No complaints from a picky family.

This place was great the person who. took my order was very professional and I didn't have to wait for my order,it was very quick. I appreciate the service that I received.. The food was great too.

I ordered online and they messed up my order. I dont eat pork and of course they didnt read the order all the way and put bacon all over my pizza

This is my favorite pizza place besides arcades. I’m a loyal customer and get the same pizza every time I order and they always make it the way I want it! They always get my order right and always have good pizza! They really do a good job here and are very hardworking. To tonight the pizza was really good so I decided to do a review. Thanks Happy's !
