What’s CRAZY is that my wife and I use to Oder from them all the time until they started making people wait and hour or more so we stop ordering sense last year tried to give them a second chance last night and they’re ONLY 2 minutes away and why was our food COLD as hell I will NEVER order from them ever and then they’re Disrespectful AF so if you want some good pizza don’t order from them there’re unreliable and they don’t cook the food the way you ask them too
Regular customer here. Never had problems with an order before tonight. I missed a phone call after waiting over an hour for food, once I realized my food should have been delivered. I called and was informed my order was VOIDED because we missed a call. We normally don’t receive calls as there is no issue with delivery and google takes you directly to our address. The restaurant voided $55 worth of food? Did not attempt deliver, or offer to remake the food when we called. The MANAGER was short, rude and inconsiderate. When asked why she had an attitude, she responded with telling me I had an attitude “over $55 worth of cancelled food and a hungry family I probably did”. Instead of fixing the problem or offering service at a later date. The manager HUNG up. If you want your business to be appreciated as a customer, DONT spend your money here!

I ordered something like 1hour ago got it now and it was 3 pizzas eaten with no cheese the other pizza was burn and i ordered too wings and with ranch and the ranch taste like it been there for year it taste old too so watch when u buy from them
Best pizza on the West side wish they had one on the east side be the best pizza in Ohio
