Customer service and appreciation is bad. There is a lack of communication among staff. Confusion in who is the actual owner. Whatever manager that is on hand is the apparent owner. I feel underappreciated, ignored and completely disrespected. On Saturday evening I decided to try Georgio's OFPC's stuffed crust pizza. I didnt know they made stuffed crust pizza. So I ordered online on SLICE. My order was $20 and some change. I received a text letting me know they received my order. Moments later I received another text letting me know I wouldn't receive my order for 10-15 minutes later than planned. No problem.I waited. And waited some more. My delivery was an hour late. The food was cold and it wasn't even what I ordered. I wasn't going to complain. Because I know it's the pandemic and the fast food industry has been hit hard and been under paid and under compensated. Because I spent $20+ on my order and received way less than what I paid for. I called the next day just to let them know I didn't receive what I paid for. The manager owner was respectful and she compensated me for my order with a credit. She gave a me a complimentary brownie. She said call whenever and let them know I said. So I called and the manager who said he was the owner had an attitude with me. He was very angry and rude. He comped me my pizza and he charged me for the brownie I never asked for. She gave me the brownie complimentary. To top things off he didn't even slice my pizza. I will never order from Gergio's OFPC on Denison ave. Again.

Don't get your hopes up about working here for some reason worked me 5 hours one day and never called me back I dont understand and I'm a good worker..

Switched to georgios from little ceasers because of taste. But your good tasting pizza still is not enough if your customer service is bad. My order was messed up and I asked for it to be fixed and was given attitude. Also I'm not sure if he is the owner or store management also is not friendly when he is in the establishment. I tried to over look their unprofessional ways due to the fact my family enjoys their pizza. But I am now unsure if we will continue to spend our money here.
