Person taking order, was not knowledgeable, tookn1hr 15 minutes to deliver, pizza was barely even warm

I ordered a personal pan pizza with chicken and buffalo sauce. I received a pizza with white sauce. I then called to have them fix it and asked to make it now so I don’t have to wait while the rest of my food is getting COLDER they say yes I get there and they just fire it then rush it so the pizza is very undercooked. How stupid do you have to be to work here?

This is the second time that the same delivery driver forgets items from our order. This time I called because we weren't missing a small item we were missing our pizza. The customer service at this store is very poor. The young lady on the phone didn't seem to care at all. She did not apologize at all for the inconvenience. She offered store credit which I declined because I told her I needed the pizza for my children. So, she then said well then it's going to be another hour in a half wait for us to bring back your pizza because there's orders in front of yours. How are there orders in front of mine if mine was just brought to me not complete? Working in customer service myself and running a company I feel very upset that for their mistakes my children have to wait another hour in a half to eat. They should have sent that driver immediately back with the order he forgot to bring. Very disappointed that this is the type of people pizza hut has running their Lorain ave location.
