These people have absolutely no idea how to prepare taxes. They will cause delays in your return of up to 4-6 months. When you question the little children who answer the phone they freak out because they can’t handle any stress. The stress? Simply stating that they messed up the return. It may be time for them to return to daycare because they certainly can’t handle the real world.
