Pizza is good, love the sauce. They mess up my order pretty often (I ordered a salad with a few extra things on it and it didn't have any of the things I asked for or even some of the ingredients that come on it regularly) and their garlic butter is mostly oil and it's kinda gross.
They made our order wrong and when I called the 'manager' argued with me for over 10 minutes instead of making it right. Probably some of the worst customer service throughout Ashland.
If I could write a review with 0 stars I would we ordered pizza and wings from them simply because they were the only pizza place open on Christmas eve the pizza was cold when I got it and the wings were burnt but soggy. Called in and was put on hold by the manager who said in 10 years he's never had a pick up order complain the pizza was cold. Said nothing of the wings. They made it out like I was lying. I couldn't go back in so I told him he should check the grill and make sure it's running properly. They did nothing to rectify no discount for later visit no refund just a I'm sorry enjoy your food that we clearly didn't care about making if I could post pics I would thats how bad it was you could tell from the look of the mushrooms that they needed more heat or higher temp and the wings well even with the extra sauce used to try to cover it up they were still burnt so bad they were black but somehow soggy. Hate being that Karen but this was by far the worst experience I've had in a long time.
Great food, but I ordered a special very expensive large pizza, they gave me a 12 inch sub instead made me pay for it and I have to also pay for the replacement pizza that I originally ordered. What sense does that make? You messed up my order and you're making me pay for it to be replaced along with the sub.
Very good people working friendly food was great
