The pricing is a bit confusing. We got a pretty good deal but I'm not sure what days charge what. Bowling is first come first serve, so you're basically waiting for people to leave if you get there and it's full. And with corona going on, they only have half of the lanes open, which is the biggest reason it gets so busy.

Lots of fun Cosmic bowling. Did have an issue with making reservations. They told us we could not make reservations, but when we got there, they were calling all of the reservation names first.

Went bowling for my husbands birthday tonight. When we arrived we were told we had to wait for a lane to be ready, which was fine as we were early for the 8-10 bowling time. The first girl we spoke to took our name and said she would call us when a lane was ready. At 8:20 we still hadn’t heard anything so we again went back to the counter. This time a different girl with short brown hair and glasses was working. We explained that we hadn’t been called for a lane and she offered no apology or explanation just said $35.35, and gave us a lane ticket. My husband said “are we still able to bowl the full 2 hours”, she said yes, it is from the time you start. We went on to bowl and promptly got kicked off at 10:00. My husband went to the counter and said I thought we were supposed to get the full 2 hours. Same girl, looks up from counting coins and then goes back to counting and doesn’t say a word or otherwise acknowledge him. My son also went up to the counter during bowling to get change for the machines (the change machine was down). Same girl looked at him and told him “get out of the way for paying customers”. Awful customer service.

Nicest facilities I could ever imagine.... ridiculous pricing. Almost $100 to take family bowling- 2 games, shoes, fries, drinks and pretzel. Would love to go back since options are limited nearby, but I'll have to save up! Maybe 2023!!
