Jesse from Alpha One has been absolutely fantastic to get us estimates on the work we need on our house done, we had already signed up with them to have work done when a storm with high winds came through and the roof and exterior were damaged. Jesse came and looked at the house ahead of the insurance appraiser and then came out and sat out front and waited for the appraiser to come so he would be there to mediate and be our advocate during the damage assessment. What a relief to have someone you know you can trust on your side and support you in scary times. We look forward to seeing the house finished by this amazing company, so far the customer service has been incredible and we highly recommend them to anyone that wants to feel like a top priority! AlphaOne was a pleasure to work with from the start. My cedar trim required repainting and some areas needed replacing. AlphaOne quickly gave an estimate and followed the actual work. Upon final inspection, a few areas needed a little touch up and the work was finished to my liking. I definitely would recommend AlphaOne.
I highly recommend this company to assist you with insurance claims and all your exterior repairs! They were extremely helpful to us with wind and water damage. My roof was totally replaced in one day. No mess, No hassles! Professional, knowledgeable and thorough!!!
