I love this location. Always quick and accurate deliveries. When carryout, food is ready at the time requested. Great all around service.
This place always gives us good pies. Sometimes it's a bit greasy on the bottom, but they have these oil absorbing pads that really cut down on the mess. If calling ahead, ordering online, or even just strutting in the staff is always friendly and seem to truly enjoy their jobs. I recommend this Marco's Pizza to any locals in West Carrollton and Miamisburg or those passing through.
We’ve had pizza from every Marcos in the cincy area and just recently moved back north. Cannot believe we had let ourselves forget how GREAT marcos can be when the staff knows what they’re doing! Hands down the best Marcos we’ve ever had and the staff are super nice.
This is the first bad experience that I have at any Marco's. Usually, at all the other locations, the food comes out quick and hot. We arrived 2 minutes before it was supposed to be ready and watched as the FINALLY put our pizza in the oven. Ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I went up to the counter to ask about it. They said that it wasn't out of the oven yet. It will be five more minutes. It has been another ten minutes and still no pizza.
Ordered pizza and they messed up my order i called and talked to the manger he said he would get it made and sent back out. He said about 30 minutes that was a hour and 30 minutes ago and still have no pizza. Plus here about a month ago they took a extra 5 dollars out of my bank account without saying anything talk to two different mangers about it and they didn't do anything about it. Don't go to this Marcos all they do is screw up your order and steal people's money
