3 weeks later after I hired and paid this company to do two jobs for me in the same month, installing recess lighting in two different rooms. They scheduled mnThe installation of my ceiling fans 3 weeks out because of the heat. I called to confirm on Friday that they would be coming on yesterday, no answer at the office so I left a message. Come yesterday I did not hear back from them so I called again.nThe first thing out of the receptionist mouth was that, I don't have you on our schedule. I don't remember talking with you. I reminded her that we talked several times, and she sure enough remembered me these second time I called and scheduled my second job. I reminded her of our conversation word by word and she said I will call you back. So she called back and said I do remember talking with you, I am so sorry I did not put you on the schedule, Brian is going to call you back and he is going to make it up to you. Brian is the owner, he never called so I called them a day later and left a message....never heard from them.
Brian did an amazing job! His work is outstanding! He is courteous, punctual and helpful in decision making! Highly recommend!!!!
Montgomery Electric came highly recommended by Champion Sunrooms. I am very pleased with the results. They replaced halogen light fixtures with LED in the kitchen and fluorescent with LED bulbs in the laundry room. They installed new LED fixtures in the garage and LED recessed lights in the soffit around the exterior of the house. Wow! What a difference it makes. My house is beautiful at night.
