When we ordered the lady told us it'd be 20 minutes. We gave it a little longer and was told hadn't even been put in the oven yet. When we came back the delivery girl overlooked my boyfriend. Another customer had to tell her that he was there first. Once my bf told her the order, that he could see on the shelf, she told him that it wasn't ours, it was for delivery, without even looking at it. The other customer had to interrupt her again to tell her that was our order. She finally looked, realized we were right, and gave us our order. This was my first time trying Marco's. The food was ok, but that was a horrible first impression.
Called at 11:30 pm to see how late they are open they said they are open til 1am. Tried to place a online order wouldn’t work. Called the store at 12:10 and they said the manager told them to close early. Very poor management if this is true. I could have ordered from someone else if that was the case at 11:30. Now everyone is closed.
The food is always fresh & delicious...we absolutely love Marco's
